Time to start easing back on the distance stull and to start increasing the intensity over the next week as we sharpen up for Comrades. Well done on getting to this point, but now the hard work begins, starting getting you mind fixed on that finish line, see yourself running the route and crossing the finish line. Break the route down into smaller chunks and plan your race strategy.
