About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from the Bedfordview Country Club Athletics online shop. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand. The club is not registered for VAT unless a VAT number appears on your invoice. Payments are processed securely by PayFast. Your order is confirmed once PayFast confirms payment.

Memberships

Memberships are personal and run until 31 December of the membership year shown at checkout. Membership fees are not refundable once your athletics licence has been registered, except where required by law.

Club kit and pre-orders

Pre-order items are made in batches and delivery dates are estimates. We will keep you updated by email. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment.

Collection and delivery

All orders are collected from the Bedfordview Athletics Clubhouse. See our collection and returns policy.

Event tickets

Tickets for club events are for the named event and date. If the club cancels an event, we will refund you in full.

Taking part in club runs

Running, cycling and swimming carry risk. You take part in club activities at your own risk and must follow road rules and the instructions of run leaders. Wear reflective clothing in the dark.
