Collection and returns

Committee review required before launch.

Collection only

All orders are collected. Collection is free from the Bedfordview Athletics Clubhouse at Bedfordview Country Club, 101 Van Buuren Rd, Bedfordview. We email you when your order is ready, normally within 3 to 5 working days for items in stock. Please bring your order number.

Pre-orders

Pre-order kit is produced once the order window closes. The expected date is shown on the product page and we will email you when your item arrives.

Exchanges and returns

If something does not fit, you can exchange unworn, unwashed kit with its tags within 14 days of collection, subject to stock. Faulty items are replaced or refunded. Personalised or custom-branded items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayFast and can take a few working days to reflect.
