Training Talk – Training Zones
We are doing a second TRAINING TALK this Saturday 21 October. Presented by Mike Voudouris on TRAINING ZONES: Powerful tools which can help you improve speed, endurance and burn fat.
The training talks are held 8am at the clubhouse after the Saturday Run and ALL members are welcome.This is for training discussions and how you can achieve your best. Valuable for any level runner.
Coffee, refreshments and healthy snacks will be available.
