COMRADES TABLES
Thanks to a caring bunch of volunteers we will have 5 tables on the Comrades route for your personal refreshment/replenishment needs. Please make use of any or all of the tables. We will have separate containers for each table at the Comrades breakfast.
Pack your stuff separately for each table and drop them into the relevant container. Make sure you include a bottle for the volunteers to mix your drink beforehand and for you to take and drink from on race day. Give clear details on how you need what to be mixed but try to keep it all simple so the volunteers can get it right for everyone. Label your stuff CLEARLY with your RACE NUMBER and NAME and expected TIME OF DAY of arrival. (don’t say “3 hours” do say “8:30”) Craig Bannan has created this really cool excel spreadsheet (button below) you can use to make your labels.
